We rated Tony 5 stars in the various skill sets for a reason - he earned them (and it wasn't easy)!! Tony even got us into places before they were listed! While this isn't something to expect (we didn't) it illustrates two vital skills I'd say are crucial to have as you're home shopping: (1) his willingness to get an advantage for his buyers, and (2) he has AND can leverage valuable relationships with other local agents. He caught a LOT of heat from the other agent of the property he got us the sneak peek of (because we didn't end up wanting it) - but, Tony took it on the chin, stayed professional, and we ended up with the house we wanted - in our case it required some unique negotiations - again, working with his colleagues Tony got it done!

Highly recommend his services. I just can go on and on!! We called him soooo many times and asked him so many questions and he always had such a good bedside manner! Tony Martin is a consummate professional in real estate! His knowledge and understanding of the market and the times we purchased in provided a light for our family in what seemed like dark times. We were somewhat forced into an emergency situation in regards to living arrangements, and had to make many quick and fluid decisions, and Tony was there at a moments notice every step of the way. The communication was second to none. Always available for showings, always on time, always pleasant and understanding. We went from not knowing what to do and which way to turn in August 2020 to new homeowners in November of 2020, which we thought was impossible at the time. This is why I’ve selected the highest star rating and would highly recommend Tony and his team and associates any day of the week!

Mr. Martin assisted me with finding my new home, and I was particular with what I wanted so it took well over 6 months. It has been a Seller’s market, so finding the “perfect†home at a reasonable price was not an easy task. It also was the first time I purchased a resale home. Mr. Martin is well-versed in construction, as he used to own a remodeling business. He went above and beyond by understanding what I wanted in a home, and took the time to examine the home for any problems that could potentially be deal breakers. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was readily available to show homes and handle negotiations. He is a consummate professional and someone you can trust. I highly recommend him to anyone selling or looking for a home.

My wife and I used Tony Martin to buy our home in White Plains and he was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into showing properties (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. In my opinion, Tony Martin stood out as the best choice for me and my family in the Southern Maryland area. I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.We spoke with Tony and then met with him at our earliest convince. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the purchasing process, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on "comps" in the SOMD area. Tony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should).When we saw our new home we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to purchase a home really paid off. Tony was always friendly and walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I've recommended Tony Martin to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
